SMALL GROUP SOCCER TRAINING · AGES 8–18
High-energy sessions where technique is tested through realistic decisions, pressure and competition.
Pre-Register for Winter GroupsWho it is for
Small Group Training is built for players who need more confidence in game situations, faster decision-making and the ability to use their skills under real pressure.
Where skills meet the game
In team practices, touches, decisions and individual feedback are shared across an entire roster. Small Group Training bridges the gap between individual development and real matches—keeping players constantly involved, thinking and competing.
More meaningful involvement than players typically receive in team practice.
Repeated choices under pressure help players recognize situations and act sooner.
Players learn to trust their technique when space and time are limited.
Small-sided activities connect technical skill directly to match situations.
Balanced groups challenge players to compete, adapt and keep improving.

We use age, level and availability to build appropriately balanced training groups.
Your player attends the first session so our staff can confirm the group is the right developmental fit before final placement and billing.
Preferred days are requests. A specific training day or time is not guaranteed.
Before you register
Season commitment: Enrollment is for the complete 12-week season, or the complete 8-week summer season.
Pre-registration and placement: Families submit their availability during the registration period. Skillability then places players into balanced groups based on player level, age, availability and development needs.
Requested times: Pre-registration does not guarantee a specific training day or time.
First-session adjustment: We may recommend a different group after the first-session fit check if it provides a better developmental fit.
Training uniform: Players are required to wear the official Skillability adidas jersey and shorts.
Final confirmation: Registration and billing are confirmed after placement is finalized following the first-session fit check.
This is a parent-friendly overview, not the full enrollment agreement. The signed registration terms remain the controlling policy.
