Program questions

Before your player begins.

Which locations offer this program?

Goalkeeper Training is currently offered in Louisville only.

How often should my player train?

Most development plans are built around consistent weekly training, but the right frequency depends on age, goals and the player’s club schedule.

Can my player train during the club season?

Yes. We adjust priorities and load so training supports game performance rather than competing with the player’s team demands.
