Speed & Agility

Our Speed & Agility program is a soccer specific program designed to help athletes reach thier full potential on and off the field! 

Soccer players are constantly moving on the field at different paces from a walk, jog and sprint and have to be able to change speeds at split second. Soccer speed is not just about sprinting. Soccer players must possess the ability to rapidly decelerate, cut, change direction and re-accelerate as plays develop. They have to demonstrate this speed, endurance, agility and athleticism better than their opponents while reading the field and developing plays. Thats why SST developed its own soccer specific speed & agility program to help athletes master the soccer specific movements needed to take their game to the next level! 

Sessions are geared toward building soccer-specific sport performance skills and mental skills that will translate into better, more confident performances on and off the field:

  • Speed and agility training for soccer
  • Explosiveness
  • Endurance
  • Conditioning
  • Flexibility
  • Core Strength training
  • Injury Prevention
