Honor Code
All Directors, coaches, and anyone employed, volunteers or associated with Skillability Soccer Training (SST), shall report and cooperate in the investigation into any possible violations of – US Youth Soccer, KYSA or SST policies. Reports of violations should be directed to the SST Executive Director. The failure to report, or cooperate in investigations of a rule/policy violation is the equivalent to committing the violation. Violators are expected to voluntarily resign or face the possibility of sanctions and/or expulsion from the Skillability Soccer Training
Coaches Requirements
All SST coaches are required to comply with the following requirements.
- Background Checks
- SafeSport Training
- CDC Concussion Training
- CPR First Aid Training
- Minimum USSF Grassroots license or D license
- Internal on-going coaching education training
- Subject to daily, weekly, monthly and yearly performance reviews
